The main aim of the Board on Cultural and Ethnic Diversity is to find out to what extent psychological services in European Member states address the questions and issues that migrants are facing and, ultimately, to promote the level of care our services provide.

Important goals:
1) raising cultural and ethnic diversity awareness in practitioners;
2) exchanging relevant reports, information, and ongoing research;
3) determining intercultural competencies related to working as a professional in Psychology in diverse societies;
4) beginning to establish sets of best practices in cultural and ethnic diversity;
5) and stimulating the inclusion of cultural and ethnic diversity issues in curricula leading to the EuroPsy Certificate.
